The ELITE Partner Program is for qualified VARs that want to sell, install, and service Microwave Networks radios and equipment, to earn revenue and income from equipment sales and services.
ELITE Partners sell microwave communications to Public Safety, Utility, Government, Carrier, and Enterprise customers in their markets. They earn commissions or obtain discounts and resell equipment. They also sell services directly to customers or to Microwave Networks as a services subcontractor.
Qualified ELITE VARs have sales personnel as well technical staff including experienced and licensed RF and networking field engineers, technicians, licensed electricians, installers, certified tower climbers and an established safety program. ELITE Partners conduct site surveys, program management, installation, testing, optimization, and maintenance of microwave communications.
Microwave Networks provides ELITE Partners with comprehensive technical support. During the presales phase of a project, Microwave Networks provides presale engineering including path profiles, RF and transmission engineering, design and equipment lists.
Microwave Networks trains ELITE Partner technical teams in installation, optimization, troubleshooting, and corrective and preventive maintenance. Training is hands-on and ELITE Partner personnel can earn Microwave Networks training certifications.
To ensure ELITE Partner personnel are qualified to support its products, Microwave Networks supervises ELITE Partners during their first installation and maintenance of Microwave Networks products. After the first installation, ELITE Partners are fully capable of installing and maintaining Microwave Networks products on their own. To provide continued technical support and mission critical reliability, Microwave Networks provides ELITE Partners with 24/7 telephone and e-mail support and documentation.
In addition, Microwave Networks provides ELITE Partners with comprehensive business support. Microwave Networks trains ELITE Partner sales teams. We also provide marketing collateral including brochures, data sheets, case studies, white papers, and videos. In addition, we provide sales incentives, sales leads, maximum trade discounts, demonstration equipment discounts, trade show support, and sales support from our Regional Sales Directors.
